How can I become a staff member for Valex?

If you're active, respectful, and have a solid understanding of how Valex works, you're welcome to apply for a staff role when positions are open. Announcements about recruitment will be posted in our Discord server when the time comes.

When is the next giveaway?

Giveaways aren’t scheduled in advance, they happen when:

• We hit major milestones or release important updates

• A staff member or community user volunteers to sponsor a giveaway (such as a key or other reward)

How do I appeal a server ban?

If you’ve been banned from the Discord server and would like to appeal, reach out to a senior staff member or submit a ticket in the support server if available.

Please be patient, not all appeals are guaranteed a response right away.

Do I have to stay in the server for Valex to work?

No. Valex will continue to function even if you leave the Discord server. However, staying connected gives you access to updates, support, announcements, and the community.
